again I always get reactions from politicians to requests of my readers leaked. Some I would like to here under the "political reaction" publish.
request
Dear Mr. Fischer,
three years in prison for someone who breaks free during a demonstration from the
police control? Find the more proportional?
I think it is a simple provocation, a few days after the
terrible events in Stuttgart bring such a law on the way to
. Why then are not really the same penalties
increased for violent police officers? So for permanent injury, want to "inject the eye from the head"
the peaceful citizens shoot and young
people with water cannons from trees while
aware of serious injuries and possibly take their death approvingly
accepted. demonstrators are "fair game", the police clubs are protected by the
justice. Otherwise indicated, these unacceptable
legislative initiative. If this is your understanding of "liberal"
criminal law?
As long as the police are not even willing to identify to let
and citizens violent and only masked
opposes, we need no such intimidation
to undermine the right to demonstrate. Quite the contrary!
Should we now have as a citizen fear of the police (the friend and helper
)? What should I tell my children when they tell me
ask for the police?
How to react when the unwarranted action of the police
if you can not defend themselves? Do I fear being beaten
just because I ask a policeman for identification
or service number? Works like a democracy or a
rule of law? The yet everything is somehow grotesque.
And one last thing: Why has no one been excused from the
police or the policy environment at the demonstrators from 30.9
? I wish sometimes just the healthy
sense back must somehow be lost in recent years gone
.
I request in writing a personal opinion.
Thank you.

Dear Mr / Ms XXX,
I seem a fundamentally different perception of the events you mention in Stuttgart, the interaction some approved outside of the venue unpeaceful and armed Collected, and obviously a different attitude to democratic decisions and their implementation in the democratic rule of law have than you, and my image of the role and the work of the police in our state is different than yours, I can your sometimes very polemical judgments are difficult to follow and I want to comment not work.
Allow me, however, noted that individual misconduct pursuing individual public servants in our state and, where appropriate, punished by the judiciary, and on the following quote from the Mannheim State law expert Prof. Dr. Wolf-RĂ¼diger Schenke to draw attention:
"A right of resistance against a democratically legitimated project provides the basic law does not. "
In Stuttgart 21, it is a properly managed process.
